Robert was quick at sending out one of his staff to help me with a clogged sewer line. Yoanthan was friendly and helpful. Quickly troubleshooted the issue and got his equipments out and started working on the problem. Job was completed and water was flowing within a couple of hours.

We had an incredibly rough experience with our first plumber on a new build - shoddy work, misinformation, and a general sense of dishonesty that left us feeling frustrated and stuck. I just wanted to say thanks for your great job and super fast service! One of my tenants called me on Saturday and said there was a clogged bathtub. I found your company online and called you right away. They.showed up at my tenant’s place in just 30 minutes. About 30 minutes later, they pulled out a hairball and the water went right back down the drain. It was a quick and easy fix!

Robert and Team were truly a pleasure to work with! I had to replace my entire sewer line (main line and bathroom line) and it was a lot more than both I or Robert anticipated. However, throughout the process, the team kept me updated and showed integrity by honoring the contract even if the scope of work required to replace everything increased. Once again I had to call Facilities Plumbing for some work on my sump pump which they installed less than a year ago. Turns out the pump itself was defective so we upgraded the pump to include a grinder so it does a better job. Robert took care of me by ensuring I received a refund on the defective pump. Nothing is worse than a broken sewer.. good thing I found them! Facilities plumbing is no average plumber. They are a lot more knowledgeable and professional than most, especially for bigger jobs that involve the sewer. I’ve worked with both Rob and Frankie on pump replacement and sewer line clearance work and they did a thorough and clean job.

Robert and his crew were great. They were able to replace my rusty old drain pipes that had developed a hole in one pipe and replace them. The drain system works great and I appreciate the hard work and effort in just finding the parts needed for my almost 100 year old plumbing and getting the replacement parts installed quickly so I could use water again. Facilities Plumbing and Drain did my entire re-piping of drainage system for my house. They installed all new pipes in just two days. They were the most competitive of four bids. Three plumbers worked on my house, and they were extremely competent, and respectful of my property. Robert and his teams are very professional we hired them for some Plumbing work but they found out the leak in the gas pipes which saved us from big damage and liability. And did a fantastic job installing the gas pipes.

We called Rob because we had a drain that was clogged in a Commercial kitchen. He came out here 30 minutes later and trouble shooter the problem and found that the pipe was broken and show us the camera footage of the find. This was very helpful. Thanks to Rob and his team for a quick response.

I did a bit of research even though we had been without hot water for about a week. Mainly because we had roofers working and no roof where the water heater would be going in the garage. I received a call from Robert before we were ready for the project to begin and wrote down his info including the quote. I wanted a long warranty and not many companies were offering the 12 yr warranty. That was a plus, and when I finally made the decision to go with Facilities Plumbing and Drain I called Robert and he said Frankie could come right away...within the hour...it was about 550PM!! He indeed showed up and went straight to work with a smile. What a great attitude he has, especially considering he had been working since 7am. Hot water heater installed and he cleaned up everything too. Very professional, very nice and efficient.

Robert and Franky were great. Just nice people to work with. Our water tank sprung a leak on a Monday, and Facilities Plumbing & Drain gave me a quote and finished the work on Tuesday (only 24 hours without hot water!). The cost was in the range of other quotes I got (not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive, and they installed a top end Rinnai unit). Given the quality of people I interacted with, the work product, and how quickly they got the job done, I would say I got very good value for the price I paid. I would definitely hire them again.

I called a Plumbing contractor when our front yard had a leak and we had to shut off the water, fearing the worst. Robert came within the hour, despite it being a busy time for him. He managed to fix the leak and get the water back on in no time. I am very pleased with the service he provided and for going the extra mile. On Friday evening we noticed that our outdoor sump pump wasn't working. We texted Robert who had installed to let him know about the problem. At once he contacted us to ask some questions . He was responsive and followed up with it. Sunday morning the technician was at our place and took care of the issue. Great service

I had a leaky gas shut- off valve on the gas line to my fireplace . After getting a few estimates, where people were asking $90 for coming over and giving an estimate, I was fortunate to find Facilities Plumbing and talked to Robert, who agreed to come over and provide a free estimate. He arrived at the appointed time and put on shoe covers before entering the house. Since the valve is located behind the drywall, he explained that he would have to cut the drywall in order to access and look at the valve. He gave an estimate for this part. After cutting open the drywall, he tested the valve for the leak and showed me the leak. This valve is situated such that it would have taken a whole day to replace it and would have involved cutting more drywall and 4x2s. Robert suggested that he can try to fix the valve to which I gladly agreed. He did, and fixed the valve and made sure there was no more leak. The whole job took a little over an hour and I ended up saving lot of money and headache. In addition, the job is guaranteed for 4 years which is way more than industry average. I am so glad I found Facilities Plumbing. I would hire them for all my future plumbing work. Robert is very friendly, pleasant and competent plumber. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

During the summer, we started a sump pump project but didn't complete it as we weren't satisfied with the quotes we got. Unfortunately --like many recently in the Bay Area-- our basement flooded this week due to all the intense rainfall and the sump pump installation became a project to urgently complete. We reached out to a few businesses and Robert was the fastest to get back to us. He arrived the next day, devised a solution no previous contractor had suggested, thoroughly explained the process, and had the installation completed with a team of two that day! Robert even modified his initial plan upon our request to because he "wants to make sure we're happy with it in the end". Robert very much met that goal. Installing a sump pump might not be a project you expect great customer service with but it is what made Facilities Plumbing & Drain business stand out to us. Everyone involved with the installation was nice, professional, and even enthusiastic. We would hire Robert again given the opportunity and highly recommend anyone looking for excellent service to do the same.

Facilities Plumbing service found from "the Yelp" responded to my bathroom project yesterday and showed up today, one day before the busy Christmas Eve 2022. Robert performed such an excellent job on the replacement of the 30 years+ Price Pfister AVANTI push & pull shower/tub cartridge set up. I had been watching the YouTube videos to get some ideas and background for the service needed. I am so relieved after he delivered the final product - a working/smooth faucet. A job well done ! I asked some business cards from this young technician before he left. He identified the potential problem area right away after his inspection. He removed the cover plate and pulled out (not so ease to do due to the old part) the damaged cartridge carefully. Quickly ran by the local hardware store with the old part and obtained the right part number (DANCO 80550) plus the required KWIK Seal, Silicone Grease. Then he returned to the job site and completed its installation . I will pass his business cards out to my senior friends, and definitely recommend him and his plumbing services to people and families who need a good plumber
